# Customize Trust Center

Customize your Trust Center to control how your organization presents its security posture to external users.

This includes managing branding, frameworks, subprocessors, documents, policies, knowledge base, security highlights, updates, layout visibility, and approval settings.

# Visibility Levels

Visibility settings are used across frameworks, documents, policies, knowledge base, and subprocessors.

These determine who can access each item.

# Accessing the Edit View

# Frameworks

## Add Framework

Upload the relevant framework report file (e.g., SOC 2 report).

Choose the appropriate framework from the dropdown list to categorize the uploaded report.
