## Troubleshooting

- You may not have been assigned any courses
- Contact your **Security Admin** to assign training

If your course is not completing:

- Ensure all modules are fully watched
- Complete any required quizzes
- Refresh the page after completion

<Accordion title="Certificate Not Available">
If you cannot download your certificate:

- Ensure the course is marked as **Completed**
- Certificates are only available after full completion
