The Confluence Cloud integration allows security and compliance teams to automate continuous infrastructure monitoring and evidence collection. It connects WatchDog Security to Confluence Cloud so your team can perform read-only audits of your cloud environment.WatchDog operates in read-only mode and does not modify configuration settings within your Confluence Cloud environment.
Prerequisites & Data Access#
Before connecting the integration, ensure the following:You have administrator access to the Confluence Cloud account
You're an Account Owner or Security Admin in the WatchDog Security portal
Step 1 — Connect the Integration in WatchDog#

Log into the WatchDog Security Portal

Navigate to Management → Integrations
Step 2 — Authorize the Integration#
After authorization is completed, you will be redirected back to WatchDog Security automatically.

Select the Confluence Cloud
2.
Review the permissions requested by WatchDog
3.
Click Allow to approve the connection
Initial Sync#
WatchDog will begin collecting data from Confluence Cloud
The first synchronization typically completes within 5–10 minutes
Troubleshooting#
Verify the following:
You are logged in with a Confluence Cloud administrator account
OAuth applications are permitted within your Confluence Cloud environment
The browser was not blocked from completing the OAuth redirect
