Add a new customer organization to your MSP environment so you can manage their services, users, and billing. Managed Companies represent customer organizations within the WatchDog platform. Each company belongs to an MSP node and is billed independently unless created as an NFR tenant.

Required Permissions

Only users with the Create Managed Company permission can create Managed Companies

Billing must have been configured before creating a Managed Company (NFR tenants are exempted)

Create a Managed Company

To onboard a customer into WatchDog and manage their environment, create a Managed Company using the steps below:

MSP Portal

From the account context switcher, select the MSP Portal

From the Left Hand Navigation Menu, select Managed Companies

Select Add New Company

(Optional) Under Node select the node the Managed Company belongs under

Enter the required company information, such as:

Company Name

Account Owner First/Last Name

Account Owner Email

Services

License Quantity

Add the managed company by selecting Add Managed Company.
