Required Permissions

Only users with the Delete Managed Company permission can delete Managed Companies

Deleting a managed company is irreversible and cannot be undone.

Deleting Managed Companies

To permanently remove a customer tenant from your MSP and stop all associated usage tracking, follow the steps below:

MSP Portal

From the account context switcher, select the MSP Portal

From the Left Hand Navigation Menu, select Managed Companies

(Optional) Use the Node selector at the top of the page to switch to the correct MSP Node.

Locate the company you want to access in the Managed Companies table.

In the Actions column, click the ⋮ (Actions menu) for the selected company.

Select Manage to open the Edit Managed Company Context Window

Next, click 🗑️ Delete

The Deletion request is executed immediately once requested
