This article explains how to resend an invitation to a user who was invited to the MSP Portal but has not yet accepted the invitation. Resending an invite sends a new email with the account setup link.Only users with the Add Users permission can resend user invitations
The original invitation link is replaced with a new one. If the user still cannot access the email, verify the email address before revoking and re-inviting.
Resend a User Invitation#
To send a new invitation email to a user who has not yet joined the MSP, follow the steps below:2
From the account context switcher, select the MSP Portal

From the Left Hand Navigation Menu, select Users

(Optional) Under Node, select the node the user belongs under

In the Actions column, click the ⋮ (Actions Menu).
A new invitation email is sent immediately.
