Change Password

Update your account password to maintain strong security and protect your WatchDog account.
Who can use this feature?
All Account Owners, Security Admins and End Users
Available on the Free, Core and Business plans

Change Password#

Sign in to WatchDog Security
Sign in to the WatchDog Security Platform.

Open Settings
Navigate to User Profile > Settings.

Select Security Tab
Click on the Security tab within the Settings page.

Enter Current Password
Enter your Current Password in the required field.

Enter New Password
Enter and confirm your New Password following the requirements.

Update Password
Click Update Password to apply your changes.

What Happens Next#

Your password is updated immediately after submission.
You may be required to sign in again using your new credentials.
Your account remains protected with updated security requirements.

Troubleshooting#

Password Requirements Not Met
If your password update fails:
Ensure it is at least 12 characters long
Include a capital letter
Include a number
Include a symbol
Incorrect Current Password
