Download your certificate after completing a training course.

Who can use this feature?

	All Account Owners, Security Admins and End Users
	Available on the Free, Core and Business plans

Open WD University

Navigate to WD University from the main navigation menu.

Open Completed Course

Select a course marked as Completed.

Download Certificate

Click Download Certificate to save your certificate.

What Happens Next

Your certificate is downloaded to your device immediately.

You can use the certificate as proof of training completion.

Completed courses remain accessible for future reference.

Certificate Not Available

If you cannot download your certificate:

Ensure the course is marked as Completed

Complete all modules and quizzes

Refresh the page and try again
