Manage Two Factor Authentication

Control your two-factor authentication (2FA) settings to secure your account.
Who can use this feature?
All Account Owners, Security Admins and End Users
Available on the Free, Core and Business plans

Remove Two Factor Authentication#

Sign in to WatchDog Security
Sign in to the WatchDog Security Platform.

Open Settings
Navigate to User Profile > Settings.

Select Security Tab
Click on the Security tab within the Settings page.

Remove Device
Click Remove Device under the Two Factor Authentication section.

What Happens Next#

You are immediately logged out after removing your 2FA device.
You are required to configure 2FA on your next login.
Your account remains protected by enforced 2FA setup.

Troubleshooting#

Unexpected Logout After Removing 2FA
If you are logged out:
This is expected behavior for security
Log back in and complete 2FA setup
