Assign And Collaborate On Vulnerabilities

Assign vulnerabilities to users and collaborate through the activity feed to track remediation progress and communication.

Who can use this feature?

	All Account Owners, Security Admins and End Users
	Available on the Free, Core and Business plans

Assign Vulnerability

Open Vulnerabilities Page

Navigate to the Vulnerabilities page from the sidebar.

Select Vulnerability

Click a vulnerability from the Open Vulnerabilities table.

Assign Users

Use the Assignee(s) field to select one or more users.

Save Assignment

Click Save to apply the assignment.

Open Vulnerability Details

Open a vulnerability from the Open Vulnerabilities table.

Open Activity Tab

Navigate to the Activity tab.

Add Message

Enter a message in the activity editor.

Post Activity

Click Post to add the message to the activity feed.

Assigned users are responsible for managing and remediating the vulnerability.

Activity messages are recorded in the vulnerability timeline.

All updates provide visibility into remediation progress.

Unable To Assign Users

If users cannot be assigned:

Ensure users exist in the platform

Verify users have access to vulnerabilities

Confirm you have permission to edit the vulnerability

Only authorized users can assign vulnerabilities

Activity Not Posting

Users Cannot See Assigned Vulnerabilities
