Manage Invites And Users

Manage Invites and Users allows administrators to control both pending user invitations and active users in the tenant. You can resend or revoke invites for users who have not joined yet, and remove users who no longer require access.
Who can use this feature?
All Account Owners and Security Admins
Available on the Free, Core and Business plans

Manage Invited Users#

Sign in to WatchDog Security
Sign in to the WatchDog Security Platform.

Open User Management
Navigate to Management > Users from the main navigation menu.

Open Invited Tab
Click the Invited tab.

Locate User
Find the invited user you want to manage.

Open Actions Menu
Click the Actions menu beside the invited user.

Manage Invite
Choose to resend or revoke the invitation.

Remove Current Users#

Sign in to WatchDog Security
Sign in to the WatchDog Security Platform.

Open User Management
Navigate to Management > Users from the main navigation menu.

Locate User
Find the user in the Users tab.

Open Actions Menu
Click the Actions menu beside the user.

Remove User
Select the option to remove or delete the user.

Confirm Removal
Confirm the action to remove the user from the tenant.

What Happens Next#

Revoked invites are removed from the Invited tab.
Resent invites trigger a new email invitation.
Removed users immediately lose access to the platform.
Freed licenses become available for reassignment.

Troubleshooting#

Invite Was Not Received
If the invite email was not received:
Confirm the email address is correct
Ask the user to check their spam or junk folder
Resend the invitation from the Actions menu
Cannot Revoke Invite
Cannot Remove User
User Still Has Access After Removal
