Create Manual Vulnerabilities

Create vulnerabilities manually to track findings that are not captured through integrations or imported reports.

Who can use this feature?

	All Account Owners and Security Admins
	Available on the Free, Core and Business plans

Create Vulnerability

Open Vulnerabilities Page

Navigate to the Vulnerabilities page from the sidebar.

Start Manual Creation

Click Add Vulnerability and select Manual.

Enter Vulnerability Name

Provide a name in the Vulnerability Name field.

Select Severity

Choose a severity level using Manual or CVSS.

Add Details

Fill in fields such as Tags, Date Discovered, CWE ID, and OWASP ID.

Write Description

Enter details in the Description editor.

Assign Users

Select one or more users in the Assignee(s) field.

Create Vulnerability

Click Create Vulnerability to save the record.

The vulnerability is created and added to the Open Vulnerabilities table.

Assigned users can view and manage the vulnerability.

The vulnerability status is set to Open by default.

Unable To Create Vulnerability

If creation fails:

Ensure all required fields such as Vulnerability Name and Severity are filled

Check for validation errors in the form

Verify you have sufficient permissions

Missing required fields will prevent submission

Severity Not Applying
