Open Control Panel
Navigate to
Control Panel
from the main navigation menu.

Open Portal Support
Click
Manage
on the
Portal Support
control.

Enable Support Access
Click
Enable Support Access
to allow WatchDog support staff access to your tenant.
What Happens Next

Support access is enabled for your tenant.
WatchDog support staff can securely access your environment for assistance.
You can disable support access at any time from the Control Panel.
Troubleshooting

Enable Support Access Button Not Working
If you cannot enable support access:
Refresh the page and try again
Ensure you have

Security Admin
permissions
Check for any browser extensions blocking actions
