Manage Support Access

Allow WatchDog Security support staff to securely access your tenant for troubleshooting and assistance when needed. This access is fully controlled by your organization and can be enabled or disabled at any time.
Who can use this feature?
All Account Owners and Security Admins
Available on the Free, Core and Business plans

Enable Support Portal Access#

Sign in to WatchDog Security
Sign in to the WatchDog Security Platform.

Open Control Panel
Navigate to Control Panel from the main navigation menu.

Open Portal Support
Click Manage on the Portal Support control.

Enable Support Access
Click Enable Support Access to allow WatchDog support staff access to your tenant.

What Happens Next#

Support access is enabled for your tenant.
WatchDog support staff can securely access your environment for assistance.
You can disable support access at any time from the Control Panel.

Troubleshooting#

Enable Support Access Button Not Working
If you cannot enable support access:
Refresh the page and try again
Ensure you have Account Owner or Security Admin permissions
Check for any browser extensions blocking actions
Support Cannot Access Tenant
