Cancel Subscription

The Billing page allows administrators to cancel monthly or annual subscriptions directly from the platform.
When a subscription is cancelled, the organization retains access to WatchDog Security until the end of the active billing period.
Who can use this feature?
All Account Owners and Security Admins
Available on the Free, Core and Business plans

Before You Cancel#

Before cancelling your subscription:
Review any active annual commitments
Download invoices if required
Export any required data
Remove integrations or connected services if necessary

Cancel Subscription#

Sign in to WatchDog Security
Sign in to the WatchDog Security Platform.

Open Settings
Click your profile picture in the top-right and select Settings.

Open Billing Tab
Select the Billing tab.

Cancel Subscription
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel.

Confirm Cancellation
Review the cancellation details and confirm the subscription cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation#

Monthly Billing#

For monthly subscriptions:
Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
No additional invoices are generated after cancellation
Usage tracking stops once the subscription expires

Annual Billing#

For annual subscriptions:
Access remains active until the end of the active annual term
Remaining annual commitments are not refunded
The subscription will not renew automatically

Restore Subscription#

If the subscription has not yet expired, administrators can restore billing by reactivating the subscription before the billing period ends.
